Auryn is officially back on the scene with their fourth studio album release under Warner Bros. records. This time the project is called “Ghost Town”. We actually stumbled upon the boys music on twitter a few months ago and have been supporting their movement ever since. This is also the first full body of work that we listened to from Auryn and we must admit that it fully met expectations. The albums lead single “Electric” is a track that we have had on heavy rotation with our station over the past few weeks but our favorite song happens to actually be “Them Girls”. The lyrics are extremely catchy and the music seems to be heavily influenced by the late 90’s boy band sound of N’Sync and Backstreet Boys. Maybe even a tad bit of 5ive for those of you who are old enough to remember the legacy. Ha!
Either way, we are super amped to see how the boys 1st week numbers go. I don’t think it will be long before Auryn receives cross over success in the U.S. as well. With a solid fan base growing in all the major North American cities, its only a matter of time before the group is topping the billboard charts around the globe. Definitely make sure to connect with boys online and Check out the full “Ghost Town” album on iTunes below.“Electric” music video
